Soon, Xbox One owners will be able to stream games directly from their Xbox One to their iPhone over Wi-Fi in an app called Xbox Remote Play.
Currently available to Android users, the app will be coming to iPhones in the coming months and will allow users to stream games that are already on their Xbox One console straight to their phone.
This will come in handy if someone else in your claims the TV to watch the latest episode of The Block… you’ll be able to grab your phone and away you go!
The app will integrate inbox for parties, chats, new friends & followers, ready-to-share snippets and more. It’ll also allow players to chat with those who are on Xbox as well as PC and Xbox Series X/S.
One thing you’ll need in order to get the most out of the Xbox Remote Play app is the Powerwave Xbox One Controller Phone Mount. This device allows you to mount your phone on top of your Xbox One controller so you don’t have to lean your phone against something awkward.
All you have to do is connect your controller to your phone via Bluetooth, attach the mount, insert your phone, get it on the right angle, and you’re set!
