Nintendo has announced a bunch of surprises at Nintendo Direct, check out some of the games that were announced! These exciting announcements come as Nintendo celebrates 35 years of the Super Mario Bros game.
Super Mario 3D All-Stars
3 classic games are coming to the Nintendo Switch in the form of Super Mario 3D All-Stars and will be available September 18.
Gamers will be able to play refreshed version of Super Mario 64, Super Mario Sunshine and the Wii classic Super Mari Galaxy.
You’ll be able to make Mario move all with the Nintendo Switch Joy-Con’s.
Super Mario Bros. Game and Watch
A really cool device replicating the old school Game and Watch handheld devices, where you can play the original Super Mario Bros. on a colour screen!
Not only will you be able to relive Super Mario Bros., but you’ll also be able to play Super Mario Bros. 2 and Super Mario Bros. The Lost Levels!
Nintendo have also mentioned there are 35 Easter Eggs to be discovered!
Super Mario 3D World and Bowser’s Fury
Coming to the Switch on February 12, 2021 is Super Mario World 3D plus Bowser’s Fury. This game will have the enhanced version of the Nintendo Wii U game with details of the Bowser’s Fury expansion coming at a later date
Super Mario All Stars now out on Nintendo Switch
An enhanced version of the SNES collection Super Mario All-Stars is out now on Nintendo Switch!
It contains Super Mario Bros, Super Mario Bros 2 and 3 as well as the incredibly fun Lost Levels.
Super Mario Bros 35 – Battle Royale!
Imagine the original Super Mario Bros in Battle Royale form… sounds fun, sign me up! This game will pit you against 34 other players in an online battle.
This will be an exclusive to Nintendo Switch members.
Mario Kart Live – Home Circuit
Now for a bit of fun around the house! Mario Kart: Home Circuit allows players to set up a physical course, racing a real kart around. The game utilizes AR technology to view objects and opponents on your Switch. Pretty cool!
Mario Kart Live Home Circuit will be released on October 16.
