  • 4 programmable macros buttons
  • Dual vibration and motion controls
  • Rechargeable battery
  • Backlit LED buttons

The Powerwave Wireless Switch Controller is an awesome addition to your Switch setup, but before you get straight into it, you’ll need to pair the controller with your Nintendo Switch via Bluetooth.

How to pair your wireless Switch controller to your Switch console

  • Ensure the controller is fully charged
  • Turn on your Switch
  • Select ‘Controllers’ icon from the Console menu screen
  • Select ‘Charge Grip/Order’ from the controllers screen
  • Simultaneously press and hold Y button and home button for 3 seconds and then release. The LED indicators will blink as the controller searches for the console. Once a connection has been made, a single indicator light will remain on the controller.

Note: If a connection is not established after 60 seconds, return to the console menu screen and repeat the process.

Now that your controller is paired up with your Switch console, you’re ready to play any game as per usual.

To program and start using the macro buttons

  • Press & hold the turbo/macro button to enter Macro Program Mode. The Home button LED will turn off
  • Press the Macro button you’d like to program; the home button will flash
  • Press a button or button combination you’d like to program, then press the Turbo/Macro button. The home button LED will turn on and now the button command will be programmed into the selected macro button.

Note: you can’t program a macro that contains 2 consecutive d-pad directions. For example, Up, Down, Up will work – but Up, Down, Down will only register one Down.

You should now be all set-up with your Powerwave Wireless Switch Controller!
